India Unplated

Following his appearance on MasterChef Australia, Sandeep debuted as a co-host to the series India Unplated as part of SBS Australia’s new food and lifestyle series.

Working alongside fellow chefs; Adam D’Sylva and Helly Raichura, the show aimed at celebrating the vast range of cuisines across the Indian continent- from the far north to the southern tip, and all the regions in between- highlighting that there is more to Indian food than Butter Chicken and Kormas.

As one of the hosts, Sandeep Pandit shared his love of the cuisine and the country and his recipes on Pessarattu and Bhutte ka kees caught the public’s attention.
